Trip to the seventh wonder of the world: The Taj Mahal

By 2comments Permalink 0

Hello everyone,

As you already know I went to Agra with ASUS team for the launch of ASUS ZenFone Zoom phone launch (you can check my review of phone here). This trip was special in more than one ways. Firstly, this was my first outstation event as a fashion blogger. Secondly, I made so many blogger friends and lastly, I got to visit the Seventh wonder of the world, the Taj Mahal.

Playing the role of fashion blogger effectively (ahem ahem), I have three outfits to share with you. One that is appropriate for travelling, formal wear for the event, and the last one that helped me brave the 4C temperature of early morning in Agra. We stayed at Jaypee Palace which is a beautiful property so sharing some pictures of the hotel and my room as well.

My OOTD for travelling

I wore formals for the launch event. To keep things chic, I wore an off-white blazer with details rather than old classic black one. I also wore a long chain to keep things interesting.

For cold winter mornings, I wore my trusty puffer jackets to keep me warm. And did you see the black bag I am holding in all three outfits? It holds my DSLR 🙂 I was so happy to find this as its functional as well stylish.

The creative mind behind this blog, I started Fashionmuses one year back to share my love for all things fashion and beauty. A qualified economist, fashionista in my own mind, a makeup artist in making, I love trying something new everyday!
  • I went there on Jan 2. It was hot. I was wearing one black sweater dress and I felt like taking it off. My boots were looking unnecessary burden to me. We took tickets we did not was for general one. So when we saw the line for entry to TajMahal interior I fled away. It was covering the whole length of the compound! So I just saw a glimpse from outside and came back.

Really! And it was so cold when I visited the Taj Mahal. It was very crowded but we entered quite easily may be coz we went there at 9 am!
