Summer is here. You may have gladly replaced those sweaters with tank tops and boots with strappy sandals, here’s another thing you must change : your attitude towards your skincare!

iii. Avoid stepping out between 12 pm to 4 pm. Now this is the time when the sun is harshest on our latitude, hence we are at 5× more risk of sun damaging by the UV rays.
